Dennis Santini is of counsel to RMSC Law.

Mr. Santini, recently retired from Exxon Mobil with 40 years service, has
38 years of experience as an intellectual property practitioner, primarily
in the patent, trade secret and technology transfer areas.
Prior to joining Roberts Mlotkowski Safran & Cole, Mr. Santini was Assistant Chief Attorney for ExxonMobil Chemical Company.
During his career Mr. Santini was at various times a Research Engineer at Mobil Oil
Corporation's Paulsboro, New Jersey laboratory; Patent Attorney in Mobil's office in New York,
New York; and Senior Patent Attorney, Associate Patent Counsel and Senior Counsel in Mobil's
office in Fairfax, Virginia. He specializes in patent preparation and prosecution, freedom-to market
assessments and technology-based agreement preparation and counseling, primarily in
the chemical, petrochemical and refinery fields, and has provided counsel in mergers,
acquisitions and other business ventures.
Legal History: Assistant Chief Attorney with ExxonMobil Chemical Company in Baytown,
Texas; Senior Counsel, Associate Patent Counsel and Senior Patent Attorney with various
Mobil companies in Fairfax, Virginia; and Patent Attorney with Mobil Oil Corporation in New
York, New York.
Educated at the University
of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mr. Santini received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 1967. Later, in 1976 he received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey.
Mr. Santini is admitted in Virginia, New Jersey, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
