George W. Allen is Of Counsel to Roberts Mlotkowski Safran & Cole.
Mr. Allen has more than 37 years of experience as an intellectual property attorney, primarily in the patent, trade secret and technology transfer areas, in both corporate and private practice. He specializes in patent preparation and prosecution, freedom-to-market assessments and technology-based agreement preparation and counseling, and has advised clients on IP-related matters involving the United States, Europe and Japan.
Mr. Allen practices primarily in the chemical, pharmaceutical, mechanical and design arts. His technical areas of IP experience and focus include those relating to a wide variety of consumer, pharmaceutical and health care products; manufacture of chemical and petroleum products; catalysis; polymer chemistry and technology; biotechnology (enzymes); food and agricultural products; and paper, textile and non-woven chemistry and technology.
