Kandie Predmore joined RMSC² in 2010 and has over 9 years of experience working as an Intellectual Property paralegal. She has extensive experience with domestic and foreign patent prosecution, including international PCT applications as well as U.S. copyright procurement, assignments, and related aspects of intellectual property ownership. She is knowledgeable of foreign and U.S. federal and state trademark prosecution, including proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Ms. Predmore’s responsibilities include preparing drafts of and filing patent, trademark and copyright applications and conducting patent and trademark availability searches. She also manages domestic and foreign patent and trademark prosecution, maintenance fees and annuities, while coordinating with a network of foreign associates regarding patent and trademark protection.
Prior to joining RMSC², Ms. Predmore worked with patent attorneys of one of the nation’s top IP Law firms, who also specialize in intellectual property. She obtained her Paralegal Certificate from IP Legal Ed along with other IP certificates, namely, IP Central, AIPLA Legal Secretaries and Administrators, and Advanced PCT in Arlington, VA, and Washington, DC, while working towards a business degree. She is a member of Intellectual Property Networking, Patent and Intellectual Property Practitioners and International Society of Administration groups.
